General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the customer ("You" or the "Customer") and Rado SimpleAI ("We", "Us", or the "Company"), operated by Rado Otcenas, an individual based in Slovakia, concerning the purchase of digital products from the website www.radosimpleai.com (the "Website").
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you accept these General Conditions of Sale.
Article 1: Object
These conditions apply to all sales of digital products offered on our Website, including but not limited to PDF guides, checklists, and printable reference cards (the "Products").
Article 2: Age Requirement
Our Products are intended for a mature audience. By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. We do not knowingly sell our Products to individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that an order has been placed by someone under this age, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
Article 3: Orders
You can place an order directly on our Website through the checkout page. The ordering process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Once you have placed an order and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase, which constitutes a binding sales contract.
Article 4: Price and Payment
The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website in USD ($). These prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) or other sales taxes. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and added to the final price by our third-party payment platform during the checkout process, based on your country of residence.
Payment is due at the time of the order. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order will be the one indicated on the Website at the time you place your order.
Article 5: Discounts and Promotions
We may, from time to time, offer promotional discount codes. These codes can be applied on the checkout page. Each promotion will have its own specific terms and conditions, and any such codes are to be used one at a time and cannot be combined with other offers.
Article 6: Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful completion of your payment, the Products will be delivered to you immediately. You will receive a secure download link on the "Thank You" page after checkout.
An email containing the Product(s) will also be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase.
If the total file size of the Product(s) is under 5 MB, the files will be sent as a direct attachment to the confirmation email.
If the total file size exceeds 5 MB, the confirmation email will contain a secure link for you to download the files.
The files will be provided in a ZIP format, which you will need to unzip on your computer to access the files.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
This section is very important for digital products sold to consumers in the European Union.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to withdraw from a contract for any reason.
Exception for Digital Content: However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (such as our PDF guides or printables) which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Your Agreement: By purchasing a Product from our Website and clicking the final purchase button, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and you simultaneously acknowledge and agree that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the contract as soon as the download of the digital product begins.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of our digital products and the waiver of your right of withdrawal as described above, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and the download link has been made available.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
All Products sold on this Website, including all text, graphics, and designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Your purchase grants you one (1) single, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, distributing, copying, or otherwise reproducing our Products in any form, in whole or in part.
Article 9: Feedback and Suggestions
We welcome feedback and suggestions from our users. However, should you provide us with any ideas, suggestions, or other feedback regarding our Products or services, you agree that we are free to use such feedback for any purpose (including for marketing or developing new products) without any credit, obligation, or compensation to you.
